This morning as I bumbled around the internet waiting for a conference call to start I happened to find a blog post that had fifteen steps to become an alfalfa, aka ‘alpha’, dominant. It had wonderful advice such as never take “no” for an answer ever and that weirded me out. Can you imagine a date with this guy and he never takes no for an answer? Ick! But while that malarkey was well over fifteen layers deep, I thought I would challenge myself a bit today. When someone does ask me what I define dominance as my answer is a simple one-word answer, leadership but what does that mean? So the challenge I gave myself was to limit myself to ten thoughts while trying to keep it as simple as I could.
